IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM OF ADVANCED TEACHERS’ TRAINING IN THE IT FIELD TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THEIR REQUESTS

The article discusses the data of a study conducted at the Saint Petersburg Centre for Education Quality Assessment and Information Technologies to identify the needs of students of advanced training courses. Both the topics of popular courses and the forms of work with students are analysed. The authors make a conclusion about the need for continuous substantive development of advanced training programmes and the choice of various forms of work with students to ensure a flexible training system.
