A novel power system optimization planning considering equipment utilization and source-load uncertainty
In response to global climate change and the energy crisis, the realization of low-carbon transformation has become the main theme for the development of the power industry in the world today. To build a novel power system, this article proposes a novel power system optimization planning method considering equipment utilization and source-load uncertainty. Firstly, an equipment utilization evaluation system is established, taking into account transmission lines, load demand, new energy consumption and other factors, and using concave-convex constraints to relax the Dist-Flow power flow equations. Secondly, considering the uncertainty of new energy output, a data-driven robust optimization algorithm is used to improve the solution speed. Finally, the planning scheme is determined through an arithmetic example analysis of a transmission power grid in a certain area of Zhejiang, and the carbon reduction capacity of the distribution network before and after planning is compared through the carbon flow analysis method, which verifies the rationality and superiority of the planning method.
