Research on the design methods of passive and active actuators based on energy flow
Abstract This paper discusses the design and reliability analysis of passive and active state actuators based on energy flow. For the passive state actuator, the structural design and performance evaluation of the recoil safety mechanism of the single-degree-of-freedom inertia cylinder are introduced in detail, and the reliability judgment criteria are proposed through the analysis of the force and energy of the inertial cylinder in the launch stage and the drop impact stage. For the active state actuator, the design of a large-displacement drive device driven by multiple V-type electrothermal drives is proposed, its reliability in different environments is analyzed, and the performance is verified using the perspective of energy flow. The method of applicability judgment is given.
