Marine variable air volume air conditioning system modeling and simulation
Abstract Air conditioning system is one of the significant energy consumption systems in Marine ship operations, and its economic operation is a vital measurement index. Variable Air Volume (VAV) air-conditioning system have gradually become mainstream air conditioning system on account of its remarkable energy saving. This study presents the fundamental concept and features, and active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) serves as the foundation for the proposed approach. A simulation study in MATLAB/Simulink has made a comparison with the PID controller, and the conclusion provides a reference value for the design and application of the VAV conditioning system.
