Research on synchronous control method of double-winding BLDC motor
Abstract The drilling system uses a spiral drilling tool to rotate and drive the core of deep lunar soil drilling. In response to the complex and variable environmental loads that affect the sampling effect of deep lunar soil drilling under limited resource conditions such as volume, weight, and power, a double-winding BLDC motor is used as the driving source for the rotation of the drill rod to achieve low-speed high torque starting and high-speed cutting and powder removal. The torque and speed mathematical models of the double-winding synchronous working and independent working of the BLDC motor are given, and the topology scheme of the double-winding synchronous working circuit of the BLDC motor is designed. A prototype is developed, and experimental research is carried out.
