Draft genome sequence of <i>Mycobacterium intracellulare</i> strain HYG9370 isolated from Japanese Black Cattle in Japan
Here, we report the draft genome sequence of <i>Mycobacterium intracellulare</i> strain HYG9370 (ID: JD563) isolated from a clinically healthy Japanese Black steer. The genome information of this strain provides valuable insights into the genetic diversity of <i>M. intracellulare</i>, which has been isolated from multiple hosts and environments.
