Association of altered cortical gyrification and working memory in male early abstinent alcohol-dependent individuals
Alcohol-dependent individuals exhibit abnormal patterns of cortical gyrification, which may be underlying neurobiological markers of AD. Our findings further indicate that working memory deficits may be related to abnormalities in cortical gyrification in alcohol addiction.
