A mathematical model of the interaction of a wheel mover with a two-layer support surface made of elastic road mat and underlying forest soil is presented based on solving the differential equation of deflection of a deformable plate placed on a deformable base, and the results of its verification, as well as production recommendations for the use of collapsible road surfaces made of plastic mats in logging operations.
