Aspects of emotional intelligence in employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Moldova according to the variable sex

We often hear that the employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs must be an example worthy of following, have an impeccable outfit, be able to communicate constructively with civil society and colleagues, but also be able to manage their emotions excellently. Of course, the above is correct, except for the exclusion of the term "must", which is part of the series of thinking errors. Gradually, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is beginning to shift from traditional beliefs to incorporating agile methods to achieve high levels of performance through established goals and objectives. Emotional intelligence is estimated to contribute to higher levels of performance. With the current global economic crisis, the pandemic situation and the war on the borders of the Republic of Moldova, it has become an essential practice to achieve higher levels of performance with limited resources, involving both female and male employees. Generalizing the above, we can say that the civil society has high expectations from the police officer, that is, he is required to be reported to the highest standards from all points of view, including emotional intelligence. This study aims to analyze aspects of the level of emotional intelligence in employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to gender.
