Domain-Adaptive Training for Security Health and Heterogeneously Medical Image
In the rapidly evolving landscape of consumer healthcare electronics, the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) for medical image analysis presents both opportunities and challenges. This paper introduces PEDAT (Pseudo-loss estimation and domain-adaptive training), a novel semisupervised learning framework designed to empower consumer healthcare devices with advanced medical image classification capabilities. PEDAT leverages AI-generated content in the form of high-quality pseudo-labels, addressing the critical challenge of limited labeled data in medical imaging. By combining innovative pseudolabel selection strategies with domain-adaptive training, PEDAT significantly enhances the accuracy and reliability of medical image classification tasks. Our comprehensive experiments on diverse medical datasets demonstrate PEDAT’s superior performance over existing methods, showcasing its potential to revolutionize consumer healthcare electronics such as smart wearables and home diagnostic tools. This work contributes to the advancement of AI-generated content in healthcare, aligning with the growing demand for accurate and accessible diagnostic solutions in consumer electronics.
