This study selected irregular workers as the population and collected a total of 285 valid samples using convenience sampling and self-assessment methods. SPSS and AMOS programs were used to process the data, frequency and reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, leisure obsession had a significant effect on fun. Second, fun had a significant effect on leisure satisfaction. Third, leisure obsession had no significant effect on leisure satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that for irregular workers to participate satisfactorily in leisure activities, they need to minimize leisure obsession and enhance fun. To achieve this, a shift in individual perceptions, organizational consideration, and changes in government policies are necessary
