Variants of <i>KLF5</i> and <i>KLF12</i> were related to endometrial cancer risk in the Chinese population
Our findings revealed a significant correlation between KLF12 rs12429889 and rs7329599 and EC risk, highlighting their potential as diagnostic biomarkers. [Figure: see text].
