The research derives its scientific importance from the importance of the variables it deals with, namely change management and competitiveness, as no previous scientific study - Within the limits of the researcher’s knowledge - addressed the topic of studying the role of change management in the development of competitiveness of football sports clubs in the State of Kuwait, and the study of true change chance as one of the entrances Organizational development in administrative thought in a way that contributes to the development of competitiveness of football sports clubs.
