Ein „Outcome driven Care”-Modell für Deutschland?
Siemens Betriebskrankenkasse, the largest company health insurance fund in Germany with more than one million people insured with it, has not only dedicated itself for two decades to the task of constantly developing the fund with the help of surveys of insured persons, but has also been analysing benchmarks in neighbouring European countries for several years in order to learn how they manage and improve their healthcare systems from the patient's perspective - with the help of PREMs and PROMs. We began by looking at the UK, followed by Denmark and, most recently, the Netherlands. The topic of the latest SBK online workshop was: 'Who actually asks the patients? - More quality with the Dutch model'.
