Warning that nurses are falling ill as a result of inadequate working conditions, physical, mental and emotional overload, occupational stress and lack of recognition. Therefore, it is important to create strategies that can contribute to reducing cases, enabling nurses to acquire more emotional, mental, quality of life at work, well-being and psychosocial support, generating healthy work environments.
