Analysis of the entrepreneurial process at the level of the entity by reporting to coaching
Successful entrepreneurship occurs when creative people put together a new way to satisfy needs by identifying new market opportunities. This is done through a patterned process that mobilizes and directs resources to deliver a specific product or service to customers using a go-to-market strategy that presents investors with building sustainable revenue streams and profitability. The design of a product and specific operations require the application of sustainability criteria at the level of energy and material consumption, contributing to the elimination of unfair social impact due to the company’s operations, including its impact on the supply chain.
