The article is based on research by the Labor Conflicts Center (St. Petersburg). The main and characteristic causes of social and labor conflicts in the most conflict-prone sectors of the economy in 2024 were: the general low level of wages of workers; violations of working conditions due to staff shortages, reduction (non-payment) of various bonuses and allowances (compensations).
