Social policy in civil aviation in Kyrgyzstan: challenges and development prospects

Civil aviation plays a key role in the economic development of Kyrgyzstan, providing not only domestic but also international aviation connections. However, despite the importance of this industry, the social policy in the country’s civil aviation faces many challenges. This article examines the main problems that exist within the framework of the social policy of civil aviation in Kyrgyzstan, as well as the prospects for its development in the conditions of the modern market.
