NATIONAL PROJECT "DIGITAL ECONOMY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION" IN THE REGIONS OF NORTHWEST RUSSIA: INTENTIONS AND REALITY
The processes of formation and implementation of the national project "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" are considered. The main results and difficulties of its implementation are outlined. The financial results of its implementation are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn regarding the need for continuity of the national project "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" and the planned national project "Data Economy".
