The emergence of public-private partnership is largely due to the joint desire of representa-tives of business structures and government bodies to invest in the sphere of state property, thereby ensuring the socio-economic development of the state. This mechanism of communication and in-teraction allows attracting auxiliary resources - investment capital, minimizing budget costs, while reducing the degree of its problems, achieving a certain unity in achieving a common goal - the discovery and development of new forms of public-private interaction.
