FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES POTENTIAL OF GOVERNMENT BODIES AS A BASIS FOR FORMING THE COMPETITIVE POTENTIAL OF REGIONS

The relevance of the topic of research work is based on the insufficient level of development of the human resources potential of the authorities to solve the set state tasks. By now, practices and experi-ence have been formed on the development of the human resources potential of public authorities, taking into account the peculiarities of the public sphere. Within the framework of this work, it is necessary to pay special attention to the principles of realizing the human resources potential of the authorities of the Russian Federation in order to give a comprehensive assessment of this process. Insufficient elaboration of the formation and development of the personnel potential of public civil service bodies, as well as the results of their professional activities, served as the basis for this research work.
