RUSSIAN INDUSTRY: THROUGH GLOBALIZATION TO REGIONALIZATION
The article discusses the socio-economic processes in Russian industry in the period of the late twentieth and early twenty–first centuries, characterized by the transformation of industrial rela-tions and increasing technological capabilities. Regionalization is considered as a process that mani-fests itself both on a global scale and at the national level, as well as emerging problems and emerging opportunities. The mechanisms of regionalization as an element of state industrial policy in the pro-cess of globalization and as measures to neutralize sanctions barriers are discussed.
