REGIONALIZATION OF DOMESTIC INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION: THROUGH GLOBALIZATION TO SOVEREIGNTY
The article analyzes the stages of development of the domestic industrial complex at the turn of the 20th century when entering market relations, characterized by the prevalence of globalization trends and a decrease in national development guidelines. The author argues for a turn towards the regionalization of the industrial complex in the conditions of economic turbulence and the onset of a new reality requiring the development of large government programs and support for small and me-dium-sized businesses. The ongoing changes are presented on the example of the St. Petersburg in-dustrial complex.
