Preliminary Research on Human Error Analysis and Accident Risk Assessment of Operators with Dynamic Human-Machine Interaction Simulation of Advanced Control Room in Nuclear Power Plants
With the development of digital human-machine interface in advanced control rooms, the cognitive process and human error mechanism of personnel have changed. In this paper, a reliability analysis model suitable for advanced control room personnel was applied to risk-informed system analysis. The risk level of accidents under dynamic human-machine interaction was studied through the coupling of Determinism Safety Analysis and Probability Risk Assessment. We performed a hierarchical task analysis on the operator tasks in the advanced control room, and identified the factors that influence operator monitoring, diagnosis, and execution process. Based on the Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) method, the probability of human error was modified and the three cognitive error probabilities of operators under dynamic human-computer interaction were analyzed and calculated. The failure probability of the operator’s response under time pressure was analyzed. In the Small-break Loss of Coolant (SBLOCA) accident scenario, the operator successfully mitigated the accident by opening the pressure relief valve during the feed-bleed cooling on the primary side, a RELAP5 simulation program was used to obtain the time window that dynamically changes with the operator’s response time, and combined with the failure probability of the pressure relief valve keeping open, the failure probability value of feed-bleed cooling was finally calculated.
