A Modeling Method of Process Reliability for Process Parameters Optimization
The reliability requirements of the product in the design stage need to be realized and guaranteed through the manufacturing process. However, under the influence of various factors in the manufacturing process, there are often substandard situations in the use stage. Therefore, how to ensure that the design characteristics are realized in the manufacturing process is a common problem that current design and manufacturing enterprises are concerned about in view of the defects introduced in the manufacturing process. The connotation of process reliability was put forward from the perspective of avoiding process defects; Based on the forward design idea, a general process of process reliability modeling is proposed, and a link of “reliability-key characteristics-process parameters-influencing factors” is established. Subsequently, considering the influence of man, machine, material, environment and other factors on the process parameters, a process reliability optimization model was constructed to make the key characteristics meet the constraints of the process influencing factors. Finally, the effectiveness of the method was verified in the processing process of a flared pipeline.
