A Study on Reliability Algorithm for Complex Electronic Systems with Periodic Maintenance
The development of maintenance strategy from simple to complex, the most traditional method is immediate maintenance, when the equipment failure immediately maintenance, and restore the operation of the system. If the system is a redundant system, online maintenance can be used, that is, the equipment is maintained without stopping the machine, after the maintenance is completed, the system reliability can be effectively improved. With the wide application of unattended electronic systems, they usually adopt the maintenance strategy of periodic maintenance due to the limitation of use environment, maintenance conditions and cost, therefore, the reliability analysis and calculation of system periodically maintained has become a practical engineering problem to be solved. Periodic maintenance has perfect maintenance and imperfect maintenance, perfect maintenance is to completely repair the fault part and restore the system reliability to the factory level, however, in engineering practice, based on the influence of on-site maintenance conditions and other factors, imperfect maintenance also exists in part. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing reliability calculation methods of system periodically maintained, this paper starts with the reliability analysis and calculation method of perfect system periodically maintained, factors such as fault detection rate, isolation rate and repair rate are considered, discusses and puts forward the reliability analysis and calculation method of imperfect system periodically maintained, the engineering problem of reliability design and calculation of unattended electronic system under periodic maintenance is solved.
