Study on Lidar Pulse Timing Method Based on Pulse Width Compensation
For the sensitivity of analog timing to clutter in the existing pulse lidar system, this paper proposes a laser pulse timing method based on pulse width compensation. This method uses the pulse width information of the laser radar pulse to confirm the timing time. The simulation results show that compared with the leading adge timing method and the constant fraction timing method, the proposed method has better calculation accuracy, especially with the low SNR, which is beneficial to improve the ranging performance of the lidar system.
