Military Communications in the 6G Era: Finnish Perspective

Military forces around the globe are looking for ways to utilize the fifth generation (5G) cellular radio system after it was standardized. The sixth generation (6G) system is still under the vision and research phase such that military should be prepared in advance the benefits it offers and probably influence the system content. In order to increase this understanding, this paper offers Finnish military perspective to 6G needs and visions based on military requirements and strong background on 6G studies in Finland.
