AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH IN ASSESSING THE KNOWLEDGE OF STUDENTS IN THE “INVENTORY MANAGEMENT”

In this article, the authors share a non-standard approach in assessing the knowledge of students in the course “Inventory Management”. The exam takes the form of a management game. Students have to manage a warehouse for ten weeks. At the end of the game, each team presents a report and after a discussion on the presented reports, the students receive an assessment of their knowledge. An analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed innovative approach was made.
