Gamification (application of game elements in non-game contexts), stands out as an effective tool to engage and empower professionals. This study analyzes the benefits of gamification for technology professionals, such as programmers and related fields. Based on a bibliographic review, it explores how gamified strategies can enhance motivation, continuous learning, and productivity in the workplace. The study proposes a theoretical framework and methodologies for the development of gamified platforms, considering the specific demands of this audience. The results highlight the positive impact of gamification on the obtaining of technical knowledge and performance in complex tasks. Thus, when well-elaborate, gamification is a promising approach to overcome contemporary challenges in education and professional development, aligning with the demands of a globalized and digital market.
