Prognostic value of the systemic inflammation response index on 3-year outcomes of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome after stent implantation

The SIRI was an independent predictive risk factor for MACEs in patients aged >60 years with ACS and ACS with or without AMI after stent implantation during 3 years of follow-up. The SIRI can be used as an indicator for identifying high-risk patients for intensive therapy to further reduce MACEs in the PCI era.

Abstract
