PENERAPAN KETERAMPILAN DASAR MENGAJAR DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KECAMATAN NANGA PINOH

Abstract: This study aims to determine the application of 8 basic teaching skills in the learning process of teachers in the classroom at Primary Schools in Melawi Regency. The method used in the research is skinatif with descriptive qualitative approach. The form of research is survey. The research subjects were teachers in five primary schools in Melawi Regency, with each school consisting of 2 teachers. The object of the research was eight basic teaching skills consisting of opening and closing skills, explaining skills, classroom management skills, questioning skills, reinforcement skills, variety skills, small group and individual teaching skills, and guiding small group discussions. The data collection tools used were observation, questionnaire and interview guidelines. The results showed that the application of basic teaching skills in the learning process of teachers in the classroom at primary schools in Melawi Regency has been carried out well as expected. The fact proves that the qualification of the use of basic teaching skills is in the range of very good and good. While in the process, the application of basic teaching skills by primary school teachers in Melawi Regency has reached an average of 75% with good qualifications.Keywords: Basic Teaching Skills, Primary School Teachers, Melawi RegencyAbstarak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan 8 keterampilan dasar mengajar dalam proses pembelajaran guru di kelas pada Sekolah Dasar Kabupatena Melawi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kulitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Bentuk penelitian adalah survey. Subyek penelitian adalah guru-guru di lima Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Melawi, dengan masing-masing sekolah terdiri dari 2 guru. Obyek penelitian adalah delapan keterampilan dasar mengajar yang terdiri dari keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, keterampilan menjelaskan, keterampilan pengelolaan kelas, keterampulan bertanya, keterampilan memberi penguatan, keterampilan mengadakan variasi, keterampilan mengajar kelompok kecil dan perorangan, serta membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan keterampilan dasar mengajar dalam proses pembelajaran guru di kelas pada Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Melawi sudah terlaksana dengan baik sesuai harapan. Fakta membuktikan bahwa kualifikasi penggunaan keterampilan dasar mengajar tersebut berada pada rentangan sangat baik dan baik. Sementara secara prosesntase penerapan keterampilan dasar mengajar oleh guru Sekolah Dasar Kabupaten Melawi telah mencapai rerata 75% dengan kualifikasi baik Kata Kunci : Keterampilan Dasar Mengajar, Guru SD, Kabupaten Melawi
