The article is devoted to the analysis of demands for acceleration of work performance in international construction activities. The definition of the demand for acceleration is given, individual features and consequences of its implementation in practice are considered, judicial practice on disputes related to the sending of the corresponding demand by the customer to the contractor is analyzed.
