Legal Support of the Economic Security of Russia: Experience of Extraordinary Regulation

The article examines the problems of forming a legal mechanism for ensuring economic security, taking into account the experience of extraordinary regulation aimed at overcoming the negative consequences of extraordinary circumstances and external sanctions. The main approaches to the legal model of ensuring economic security are outlined, which consist in the normative formalization of a system of quantitative indicators, which should be monitored by authorized executive authorities using the unified digital platform of the Russian Federation GOSTECH, as well as in the normative consolidation in the federal law of a system of legal protective measures aimed at overcoming threats to economic security.
