The Reverse Influence of the Soviet State Law Textbook of 1938. Part 2.

The article shows the absence of grounds to confirm the thesis about the influence of the textbook of Soviet state law of 1938, which is manifested in the continuity of its key provisions by the science of Soviet state law and subsequent textbooks of Soviet state law. One can only speak of the opposite influence. The second part of the article substantiates that the science of Soviet state law and subsequent textbooks and teaching aids on this subject reject the approach to the concept of state law proposed in the textbook of Soviet state law of 1938, revise approaches to the system of the course of Soviet state law and the idea of the proper volume of the textbook of Soviet state law. A significant departure from these key principles of the textbook of Soviet state law of 1938 is already demonstrated by the textbook of the same name of 1948.
