Lease as an Element of Legal Relations to Ensure the Implementation of Passenger and Baggage Transportation Activities by Passenger Taxis

The article addresses a relevant issue of transport law that has arisen as a result of the transformation of legislation. The author analyzes the elements of legal relationships concerning the provision of passenger and luggage transportation services by taxi. It is shown that in studying the legal relationships of the parties, one should be guided by their general purpose and take a comprehensive approach.
