The Legal Status of Peasant Holding (Farm) as an Organizational Form of a “Family Enterprise”: A View through the Prism of Legalizing Family Business (Part 1)

In the article, from the point of view of analyzing the legislative approach to the legalization of family business, the legal status of a peasant (farm) enterprise is studied as an organizational form of a ʻfamily enterpriseʼ. The proposed methodological technique allows us to draw attention to the shortcomings of the Family Enterprise Bill, as well as formulate scientific and practical recommendations for improving the legal status of peasant (farm) farming.
