Grid-Connected Operation Control Technology of Doubly-Fed Wind Power System
With the aggravation of the energy crisis, wind energy has attracted the attention of all countries. The traditional wind turbine has low efficiency and large reactive power, which affects the productivity and grid-connected reliability. This paper puts forward a control strategy of Double Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) system, which realizes constant frequency by rotor excitation compensation for speed difference, and controls speed by adjusting output power to meet the maximum output power of wind turbine. The specifics of the paper are as follows. Firstly, this paper introduces the main components of DFIG system, the model of the system in dq coordinate axis and the theory of maximum wind energy tracking. Secondly, sinusoidal vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM), grid-side converter modeling, and control strategy are presented. Then, the modeling, control strategy and simulation of rotor-side converter are introduced. Finally, the whole model is built and simulated, and the results meet the target.
