Mental Health is not a Slogan; Young People are not Mere Subjects
Youth mental health remains a critical global concern, with barriers like stigma, lack of awareness, and accessibility issues preventing many from seeking help. Despite increased attention, mental health discussions often lack depth and fail to translate into meaningful action. This paper highlights the need for reducing stigma, improving access to resources, and fostering supportive environments in schools, communities, and homes. By adopting an empathetic, action-oriented approach, society can equip young people with the tools and support they need to thrive.
