The Decision Method of Switching Behavior of Electric Vehicles Considering Road Network Factors

To mitigate the impact of power conversion stations on the distribution network and minimize the cost incurred by users for power conversion, this paper considers three pivotal factors: driving time, driving distance, and the attractiveness of the power conversion station to users, encompassing primarily the subsequent three dimensions: (1) CNN-LSTM algorithm is used to predict the traffic flow; (2) Establish traffic network model, power station model and electric vehicle model respectively; (3) Considering the three factors of driving time, driving distance and attraction of power changing station comprehensively, the objective function is established, and a guiding strategy is proposed, and a numerical example is used to prove that this strategy can achieve the lowest comprehensive cost of power changing for users and minimize the impact that power stations have on the distribution network.
