Sports Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Assistance System Based on Image Processing Algorithms
Nowadays, the use of computer technology to prevent injuries during exercise has become a hot topic. During pre exercise testing, athletes need to undergo some basic physical fitness tests, including height, weight, BMI, body fat ratio, as well as cardiopulmonary function, flexibility, etc. In sports monitoring, the sports injury prevention and control assistance system based on computer technology uses a camera to monitor the athlete's posture and movement status in real-time, and use this to evaluate and analyze the athlete's performance. Rehabilitation stage monitoring provides targeted training plans for athletes and enables real-time monitoring and evaluation of their training effectiveness. While in a state of fatigue, the heart rate is usually between 60 and 90 beats per minute, the results of sports injury prevention and rehabilitation AIDS are more accurate. The sports injury protection and rehabilitation support system established in this article can provide reference for athletes' correct posture training and reduce the occurrence of injuries.
