The Design of Active Power Filter for Power System Based on Matlab
Active power filter is a device composed of main circuit, driving circuit, harmonic detection and other structures. Among them, compensation control and harmonic current detection are the key of active power filter. Based on the instantaneous reactive power theory of three-phase circuit, the model of source power filter is designed from the perspective of harmonic governance, and the simulation is verified by MATLAB software. In three-phase shunt active filter circuit, hysteresis tracking technology is used to generate the required compensation current. Matlab software is used to simulate the active filter circuit, which can detect the transient reactive power in real time and accurately, so as to increase the current between networks and achieve accurate power correction. Through FFT analysis of grid current, active filter output current and load current, the test is closer to people's expected results. The research shows that the harmonic of the network has been well controlled and the power quality has been significantly improved when connected to the grid. The active power filter achieves the expected current compensation effect.
