Mandibular Molar with Mid Mesial Root Canal: A Case Report

The aim of this case report was to illustrate how crucial it is to understand the core structure of root canals, aimed at the effectiveness of endodontic therapy. One of the primary reasons endodontic therapy fails has been identified as a lack of understanding of anatomic variants and their features in various teeth.
