Research on Dynamic Optimization of Rescuing in Complex Weather Conditions

The complex weather conditions in a period of time were made a prerequisite, the action maps were reasonably conceived for the complex terrains in various rescue operations, and the method designed for the action schemes carrying food, oil, equipment and other materials in the form of a team to the designated place was researched. Based on the set rules of the action and material changes, the optimal solution set of the scheme was determined. By describing the weather and material state of 30 sub-stages, two kinds of decision-making, inter-stage policies, state transition equation and indicator functions of the action scheme were defined, and then recursive equations for four-dimensional states of decision-making were established. In order to solve the problem of multi-element limitation and dual-objective optimal control, a dual-objective dynamic programming flowchart of multi-element optimal scheme was constructed, based on the idea of dynamic programming. The analysis process and methods were hierarchical, and the relationship between the least time and the most equipment was reasonably matched. The established model was applied to the area divisions of two different hypothetical maps and simulated, and the optimal decision-making policies, that is, two optimal routes of the team action scheme, were obtained.
