Treatment of Pseudophakic Bullous Keratopathy in Sclerocornea With Corneal Plana Using Descemet Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty
Abstract: We report the case of a 68-year-old man with sclerocornea with corneal plana who presented with progressive pseudophakic bullous keratopathy. He underwent Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty. Although a single air bubble was needed for the initial lenticule detachment, there was notable improvement in corneal clarity and visual acuity over the course of a year.
