R-Substituent vs. exocyclic oxygen: influence on synthesis and crystal packing of R-[1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4-c]cinnoline mono- and dioxides
Nine R-[1,2,5]oxadiazolo[3,4- c ]cinnoline oxides were obtained, and the efficiency of 14 N NMR in detecting compounds was demonstrated. Variation in substituents at different positions leads to partial isostructurality of the crystal structures.
