Research on key technologies for target 3D modeling based on precision control
With the continuous development of three-dimensional technologies such as 3D printing and virtual simulation, three-dimensional models are used in more and more fields, especially three-dimensional digital online inspection, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, clothing design, automatic processing, flight simulation, and simulation calculations, etc. This paper designs a three-dimensional scanning and precision control scheme based on precision control. In order to ensure scanning accuracy, we first design a scanning scheme that uses global control, slice scanning, and splicing and fusion processing to form a three-dimensional model. We also study control field construction and point cloud denoising, point cloud alignment and other key technologies that affect the accuracy of three-dimensional results. The accuracy of each link is scientifically allocated and strictly controlled after allocation. The final scanning results meet the needs of CFD simulation calculation and simulation. The accuracy of the digital model of the movable parts is better than 2mm, and the accuracy of the fixed surface is better than 3mm.
