Geometric distortion of optical scene generation device based on blackbody micro cavity array
The optical scene generation device based on blackbody micro cavity array(BMCA) is a new method of optical scene generation technology. Geometric distortion reflects the degree of geometric deformation of optical scene. This paper describes the working flow of laboratory prototype of optical scene generation device, and analyzes the influence of geometric distortion produced by writing optical imaging device DMD, writing optical imaging optical system, BMCA and optical projection optical system on the final generation of optical scene geometric distortion. According to the definition of geometric distortion and transfer link, the theoretical calculation model of optical scene geometric distortion is established. The actual measured value of geometric distortion of optical scene based on BMCA is 2.3%, and the relative error between the calculated value and theoretical value is 10.1%.
