A contrast of linear array imaging system between swing-mode scanning and rolling-mode scanning
Scanning mirror is normally used in a linear array imaging system, which in general works in two modes: swing-mode and rolling mode. Yet the differences of the images generated by the two scanning mode are seldom to be contrasted. In this paper the sampling time and output level of the array are calculated and acquired and then the images output by the two modes are contrasted to conclude the advantages and limits of the two scanning modes.
