Infrared non-destructive testing based on the leading edge of the hood
The infrared heat wave non-destructive detection was carried out on the leading edge of the aircraft cover, and the controllable thermal excitation in the form of period, pulse, step and other functions was actively applied to the object, so that the heterosexual structure (defects and damages, such as foreign bodies, abnormal structures, etc.) inside the object was manifested in the form of the difference of surface temperature field change, and the infrared thermal imaging camera was used to continuously observe and record the temperature field change of the surface of the object, and the heat map results were calculated and processed to realize the qualitative characterization of the anisotropic structure inside the object. This allows the detection of defects inside the leading edge of the hood.
